David Shutt, Trustee

David is a Chartered Accountant who spent 17 years until 1990, and again from 1995 to 2003, as a councillor in Calderdale. From 1970 he contested General Elections in the Liberal interest and since 2000 has been a member of the House of Lords, since 2005 serving as the Liberal Democrat Chief Whip.  He is also Chair of the Joseph Rowntree Reform Trust Ltd.
