Welcoming Nick Butler-Watts as a trustee of JRCT

We are pleased to share that Nick Butler-Watts has joined us as a trustee of JRCT.

Nick has experience in grantmaking, governance and leadership across heritage, culture and faith-based organisations.

He is the innovation programme manager for the Unitarians, supporting their congregations to experiment with new ways of gathering, worshipping, and serving their local areas. He has launched and leads the Innovation Fund, a new grant programme which provides funding for new experiments and fresh approaches that reimagine what Unitarian communities can be.

He is also a Quaker and a member of Hertford and Hitchin Area Meeting, where he has restarted a monthly Quaker meeting in Hoddesdon.

He was previously a fundraiser within the arts and heritage sector and was a trustee of the Sir James Reckitt Charity for five years, which supports Quaker-led work or charitable causes in Hull and East Yorkshire.
